Encryption
Data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. For enterprise deployments, we support Customer-Managed Encryption Keys via AWS KMS or Azure Key Vault.
Tenant Isolation
Vector indexes and metadata databases are partitioned with independent cryptographic keys per fund. No deal data is ever co-mingled across tenants.
Access Controls
Enforce Chinese wall policies at the deal level. Only designated team members have access to specific data rooms, with full role-based permission controls.
Audit Logs
Every AI assertion, citation, and formula recalculation is logged with timestamp, user ID, and document hash — providing complete auditability on demand.
